Last week, Prof. Ulrike Protzer (TUM) received the Bavarian Order of Merit for her outstanding and honorable services, especially in the last two years during the COVID-19 pandemic. She and her team have made significant contributions to SARS Cov2 research, as well as to education. With her patient and clear way of explaining complex issues simply, she has been and continues to be a welcome guest on discussion panels and in the news.
